I walked in with respiratory problems around noon on a Monday and was seen almost immediately. The staff at the reception was very helpful and confirmed that they were in network with my health insurance. Within 20 minutes my vitals had been taken and I was in a treatment room. Dr. Bradstreet was very confident, friendly and reassuring. We decided together that I would get a chest X-ray to rule out anything serious since I was traveling. By 1pm I was on my way to the nearby CVS to pickup my prescriptions. I highly recommend this urgent care facility and Dr. Bradstreet.

Dr. Bradstreet is the most informative Dr I've met in my 44 years in Anchorage. His love for medicine shines . He is excited to share his extensive experience and knowledge with his patients. He is truelly working for the patient. Generous with explanations and always thoroughly follows through.
This clinic is very convenient. I arrived around 10:00 in the evening and I was seen as soon as I checked in. I am so glad I didn't go to the emergency room. I saved myself time and lots of money. The doctor and her staff are very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend First Care hands down. Thank you for being there for me so late in the evening. You guys have awesome hours!!
Wow, as many times as I have been there I have had the best care. Great staff, helpful, courteous, and polite.
I saw Paula Colescott to get facial stitches at 10 p.m. She had a very soothing manner as she described what she was doing and why stitches were the best option rather than leaving it alone or using glue. I later saw a plastic surgeon to minimize scarring and he said he couldn't have done a better job with the stitches himself.

My experience with First Care Medical Centers was excellent. They provided excellent customer service. I was able to be scheduled for my appointment the same day I called. I found that this clinic is very reliable to be seen as quickly as possible. During my appointment I did not have to wait long to be seen which is very important to me. Because my experience with First Care was so great the first time I went, when I had an emergency with my kids I brought them to First Care as a walk in and I was able to have them seen that same day without a long wait and we were in and out. I am very pleased with First Care and I would recommend this clinic to anyone. In my personal opinion I feel First Care is a better option than going to any large hospitals because this clinic provides great service and the staff is excellent and the clinic cares about your overall health.
Went for horrible side pain, the worst thing I have ever felt. They took care of me, got me in fast ran tests to find out info and sent me to the right place for follow up care. Hell, they even brought me a blanket cause I was cold. Worked with me on my bill to so I didn't have to pay the full $600 all at once. Great nurse, great Aides, great Dr. and great front desk staff. Made me feel safe and well taken care of.

I've been going there for several years, and again just last night, and there has not been one bad experience yet. Every time I've gone, they've not only helped my main problem, but given me advice on other things I ask about. I would recommend this clinic over others here in Anchorage. Came to get a DOT physical and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was done in less than an hour. I would reccomend anyone who needs a DOT physical to come here.
I've been going to First Care for 15 years, starting as a little girl. The service has always been prompt and efficient. Recently had a dance injury that needed to be checked out. Went in, and filled out the paperwork and was seen right away. Quick X-ray and an examination. Found the problem. In and out quickly. Overall good experience.
The staff was all very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns! My daughter got amazing care. I'd go back here in the future
Dr. Bradstreet was caring. He listened about my concerns and took care of me right away. It was less than one hour for checking in to paying my co-pay. Compared to ER, it took a minimum of four hours—not including pharmacy wait. Thank you for your dedication and compassion to your patients.
Came here for a fractured wrist and there was a wait (10 mins) even with the receptionist saying there wasn't anyone in the waiting room. Very fast and friendly service. Would come again since the ER can be extremely busy and chaotic

Doctor Bradstreet is wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything to you and is quick without being neglectful. He is one of my favorite doctors. The staff is also amazing, welcoming, and very warm.
10/10 got a referral for a surgery I needed years ago that really needed to get done. Dr. Smalley is the best. Good listener, communicates well.
I rarely leave reviews so that’s how much I like this place. Both my boyfriend and I have been here and had great experiences. The staff at the front desk are so nice, so is the nurse. We both saw Doctor Smalley and she spends the time listening to your concerns and checking them out, both of which I’ve rarely experienced in the medical world. Really thankful for this place.
Stopped in today for a DOT physical. Very friendly staff who kept me smiling the entire time I was there. The guy who checked my bp, eyes, hears, etc, even helped by carrying my car seat and baby from room to room. It was a quick visit and if I ever need anything else I’ll be sure to return. Kudos to all the staff!
I went to first care due to some allergy issues that have been reoccurring. I waited about 30 min (which I expected without an appointment.) The staff was friendly and helpful. Melanie Boyer, PA-C was amazing. She was attentive and really listened to my symptoms and health history. She not only treated the symptoms but gave me follow up care as well. She even called me an hour after to make sure I was doing okay. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you!--
