Why Should I Go to First Care?
Suppose you are in need of any of the services listed above. In that case, First Care Medical is the premier choice for those looking for an efficient solution, who don’t have time to wait on their primary doctor, and who don’t want the high cost of visiting the emergency room. Follow the link for more information on when you should go to urgent care.
How do I Schedule an Appointment?
Our staff is ready to help you with your medical concern. To be seen by a doctor there are three options for booking an appointment:
- Call us to schedule an appointment with our staff.
- Book an appointment online (you can also book a telemedicine appointment).
- Walk in and wait for the next available appointment.
If you are facing severe, life-threatening symptoms, call 911. If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19, please book an appointment or call first. Please don’t walk in and expose unsuspecting other patients or staff!
How Long Do I Have to Wait?
The wait time depends on the number of individuals who booked appointments or walk-in patients ahead of you. We pride ourselves on performing fast and efficient service to minimize wait time. If you are a walk-in, you can check our approximate wait time HERE, or you can speak with our staff upon arrival. To guarantee a minimal wait, booking an appointment in advance is best.
What Does an Appointment Look Like?
Depending on the reason for your visit, your physician will determine your course of treatment. First, we will evaluate your condition and determine an appropriate course of action for treatment and/or medication. Our experienced staff will ensure that you have the proper treatment to meet your needs. If you are suffering or have sustained a severe illness or injury that cannot be treated within our facility, we will immediately transfer you to an appropriate facility for rapid treatment.
I Have a Question!
If you don’t see an answer to your question here or on our website, please feel free to give us a call. Our knowledgeable staff will be able to answer all of your questions.
