When Should I Go to First Care?
If you have sustained a minor injury, are suffering from an illness, or need regular occupational, sports, or travel medicine, First Care Medical is here to help. First Care Medical is ideal for those looking for a quick solution, who don’t want to wait on their primary doctor, and don’t want the high cost of visiting the emergency room. Follow the link for more information on when you should go to urgent care.
How do I Schedule an Appointment?
You have three options for booking an appointment:
- Call us to schedule an appointment with our staff.
- Book an appointment online (you can also book a telemedicine appointment).
- Walk in and wait for the next available appointment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you feel like you have been exposed to COVID-19, please book an appointment or call first. To secure all patients’ and the staff’s safety, we ask that you do not walk in for an appointment but always book in advance and follow the staff’s instructions. If you are facing serious, life-threatening symptoms, call 911.
What is the Wait Time?
The wait time is dependent on the number of individuals who booked appointments or walk-in patients ahead of you. At First Care Medical, we pride ourselves on performing fast and efficient service. We work hard to minimize the wait time to get you treated as quickly as possible. If you are a walk-in, you can check our approximate wait time HERE, or you can speak with our staff upon arrival.
